Welcome to Delopt (“Service”), a food delivery optimization solution provided by Transopt (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). To the fullest extent permitted by law, Transopt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Delopt. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the last 6 months.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Delopt at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited activity. You may also terminate your account by ceasing to use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Greece.
